Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning the customer has 30 days from receiving their item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and/or will be deducted from your refund.
After processing your return request, we will send you a pre-paid return label along with instructions on how and when to send your package.
Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted, and therefore no refund will be issued.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted items.

Damages and/or Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item shows any defects, damages, or if you received an incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you already purchased. Once your return is accepted, we recommend making a purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have inspected your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within no more than 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take a few extra days for your bank and/or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
