  • Product Condition: The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, damage, alterations or modifications. It must be in its original packaging with all labels and accessories that may have been included in the package.
  • Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for personalized products, products that have been used, or products on sale or clearance, unless they have manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Products Not Eligible for Return

Exceptions due to manufacturing defects
